The daily office is the prayers that we say during our daily Church life.
The Church day starts with Matins which is at sunrise
Lauds is the next prayer service this follows sunrise
Prime is considered the First hour of the day 6.00am
Terce is the third hour of the day 9.00am
Sext is the 6 th hour of the day and is prayed at noon mid day
None is the 3pm prayer service of the day. This very important time signifies the time that Christ was crucified
Vespers which signifies evening prayer of evening song
And compline signifies Night prayer
